The Story of BaliLife
The story of how Bali Life was created is truly remarkable, dating back to 2006 when Brad & Siska Little, an Australian-Indonesian couple encountered a 9-year-old boy living on the streets of Kuta, begging for survival.
Their desire to help, despite lacking the means, inspired them to start the Bali Life orphanage. When, in 2010, Brad and Siska welcomed a third child to the Bali Life children’s, home they realised the child was the same boy who had inspired them years earlier.
Years on Siska’s brother Piter and his wife Lyna, who had seen the vehicle for true goodness that Bali Life was, were inspired to step up as the next generation of leadership for Bali Life.
Since then, with dedicated leadership from Piter and Lyna, support from Blue Illusion and the generosity of donors, the organisation has expanded to multiple impactful projects. With a vision to educate 10,000 children in 10 years, the Bali Life team seems just about unstoppable.
