Supermodel Miranda Kerr has hit the runway for her first David Jones collection parade as the department store's highly regarded Fashion Ambassador.
The theme for the David Jones Summer 2008 Collection was carnival, inspired by sizzling locations like Rio de Janeiro, and demonstrated so perfectly with Miranda's first outfit - a hot pink ruffled swimming costume from Jets and high feathered head-dress.
Miranda appeared in a total of seven outfits throughout the show, with a host of other models demonstrating the clothing David Jones will be stocking in the upcoming months. Megan Gale, David Jones former Fashion Ambassador, sat in the front row, stepping up to give Miranda a congratulatory hug at the end of the evening.
