Summer’s here and you’ve got yourself a lovely little sun-kissed glow. You know what would set off that tan perfectly? More tan… of the leather accessory variety.
This season, fans of tan will be excited to know it comes in a plethora of tones, so there will be one that looks fabulous on your colouring. Choose from rich, orange-tan, pale beige-tan and deep chocolate-tan for your new pair of loafers, your latest bag investment, or a simple leather wallet for every day. Wear during the sunny hours with a floral dress or denim shorts and a loose tee, or inject a splash of tan to your darker evening outfit with a belt or pair of chunky heels.
Don’t worry about mix and matching your tan, like putting your darker toned wedges with your rich tan belt. As long as your tan pieces are not right next to each other in your outfit and you’re not wearing more than 1 or 2 other colours, you will successfully pull it off.
Tip: If you can’t afford luxurious Italian leather accessories, make sure you choose items that use good imitation material. If you have to sniff the fabric to find out it’s not leather, you’re on the right track!
